“Vaucelle” was chosen to reflect the Cheurlin family’s heritage, Thomas Cheurlin’s character, and his parcel-driven philosophy.<\/p>

In old Champenois, the word evokes a “small plot” as well as a “hollow” or “valley.” It also echoes “Celle,” a nod to Celles-sur-Ource, the family’s village of origin. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Thomas holds the helm, following his inspiration as a sailor follows the winds. His quest: to explore new, uncharted lands in the universe of taste. Around him, winegrowers, craftsmen, women and men of the cellar and of the vine form a close-knit crew, where each finds their place. <\/p>
