Our story is an encounter between the Jurassic Sea whose legacy shaped these terroirs and the men and women who have preserved and sustained them through time. Thomas has made them his gardens, where the vine flourishes through the winegrower’s work and the awareness of being only a passer of History. It is an understanding of heritage, so that it may be passed on.

The compass rose once gave sailors the course to follow, leading them to new horizons and making them adventurers, just as nature gives the winegrower a direction, if he knows how to listen.

Our vineyard stretches across several small valleys which, in old Champenois, are called VAUCELLE. Here, the work of the vine resonates. This is how our Champagne and its cuvées were born.
