Le Suchot

Crafted from a selection of Pinot Noir from a parcel called “Le Suchot”, this Rosé de Saignée displays a salmon hue, with a fresh nose and a palate offering notes of red fruits (sour cherry, blackcurrant).

Winemaking

100% Pinot Noir.

Jurassic Kimmeridgian limestone soil;
Sustainable responsible viticulture (HVE, VDC);
Maceration: 4 days;
First press;
Malolactic fermentation.

Rosé made by “saignée” maceration with Pinot Noir from the parcel called “Le Suchot”.

Ageing: 36 months.
Dosage: 8g/L

Best enjoyed with red meat such as a rib of beef, or as a dessert pairing with a red fruit salad.
