A Champagne of pure finesse and generosity: our Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay). Shaped by our Kimmeridgian terroir, hence the link to mother-of-pearl, it reveals delicate floral notes.

Winemaking

100% Chardonnay.

Jurassic Kimmeridgian limestone soil;
Sustainable responsible viticulture (HVE, VDC);
First press;
Malolactic fermentation.
Blended from different
estate parcels, notably
“La Loge” and “Les Faucillières”.

Ageing: 36 months.
Dosage: 7g/L

Tasting Notes

The nose is airy, with touches of white fruits such as vineyard peach.

A refreshing entry with very fine bubbles, a wine revealing highly floral notes of acacia, with a brioche and honeyed character.

A lively and mineral Champagne that, as its name suggests, comes from our terroir, once a sea, today our land, our vineyard.

Serving Suggestions

Best enjoyed with red meat such as a rib of beef, or as a dessert pairing with a red fruit salad.
Serve at 7/8°C
