Tasting Notes
The nose is airy, with touches of green apple and white fruits such as vineyard peach.
A refreshing entry with very fine bubbles, a wine partially aged in large oak cask, bringing maturity and roundness.
A Champagne that takes us back to the origins of the vineyard in the Côte des Bar and its flagship grape variety.
Serving Suggestions
The perfect companion for guinea fowl with morel sauce or scallop tagliatelle.
